SPK Web Application Teacher Achievement Selection (PHP & MySQL) is a web-based application system designed and used to determine teachers who excel with the topsis method. This application is equipped with admin login, teacher data, kirteria data, weighting data, analysis and others.

Installation Guide:
Download and Install the Xampp Application on a Computer.
Extract Application and Database files using the WinRAR application.
Rename the Application file folder to the command, then copy to the htdocs folder.
Activate Apache and MySQL on Xampp.
Open a browser, then open the localhost / phpMyAdmin address.
Create a new database called spktopsis.
Import the application database into the specialist database.
Run the project by typing localhost / spktopsis.
Login with Username: admin, Password: admin.
Done.
